A: Yes we do! You can return any item within 30 days of purchase provided that you return it in the same condition it arrived in, with the original packaging and show us proof of purchase (e.g. your confirmation email).

Q: Are your products real?

A: Yes! All of our products are made with real 18k Gold, 925 Sterling Silver and Cubic Zirconia gems.

Q: Are your products good quality?

A: Absolutely! We have developed fantastic long term relationships with our manufacturers and have the upmost confidence in their quality control. On top of this, we are a family owned company meaning that we personally hand package every order and ship it out ourselves. If there was anything wrong with a product, it would not go out of our door!

Q: How are your products so cheap?

A: We built this company to make high quality jewellery more accessible to everyone. We know what it's like to be young and want to level up your outfits with beautiful jewellery but not being able to afford the high price tags. We try to keep the mark up on our products to a minimum and aim to keep our pieces as reasonably priced as possible.

Q: Can you ship to anywhere?

A: Being a UK based company, we are able to process all orders within 1-3 working days and offer 48 hour tracked delivery. We can also ship to anywhere worldwide but we do charge an additional £10.99 shipping fee to non UK customers.
